For sending our packages we work together with PostNL. When we send your order, it will be delivered the next day in most cases. You will receive an email with a track & trace code, with which you can follow exactly when your order is delivered.

We deliver our packages within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you want to have a package delivered outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, please contact us.

When you place an order with us, you can track your package with a track & trace code.

You will receive an email with a link from the moment we hand over your package to the delivery service. On the site where the link leads to, you can enter your track & trace code and see the current status of your order.

Unfortunately, after you have placed your order with us, you cannot change your address yourself.

In many cases you can change the delivery yourself once you have received the track and trace email, except to a collection point.

If your order is returned due to incorrect information in the order, you will receive the amount of the items minus the shipping costs.
